There is a  Limited Lifetime warranty covering the parts. Screen mesh is not included in the warranty. The manufacturer does not provide you with a warranty on labor, be sure to discuss this with your installer.

You cannot have both your garage door and Lifestyle screen fully closed at the same time. However, you can lower the garage door to about three-quarters of the way down along with the screen. (See Picture) This is especially useful when accessing overhead storage or working on the ceiling, such as painting or repairs.

  Yes, you will want to open your garage door, roll your Lifestyle garage screen down until it touches the floor, leaving it "kicked back" from the jamb. Then simply disconnect your garage door from the opener with the safety disconnect cord and gently roll the garage door down until it rests on the Lifestyle frame. (Please refer to the pictures to the side of this question.)

Our screens are made from mesh material, so they are not designed to block water from coming through. However, they are water-resistant and won’t be damaged if they get wet. In the future, we will offer optional clear PVC panel attachments that can be installed on the inside of your screen to provide protection against rain and other elements. While wind and airflow are the main focus of our screens, they do help minimise the wind coming through, creating a comfortable environment in your garage regardless of the weather. In high winds, we recommend not using your Lifestyle screen to ensure its longevity and effectiveness.

While our Lifestyle screens are strong, versatile, and can be fitted with an optional locking system, they are not designed to function as a security screen. We recommend exercising caution when leaving your home unattended or when leaving pets in the garage.Additionally, for safety, it is advised that young children be supervised when playing in or around the garage.

Yes, the retractable door can be fitted with a locking mechanism at an additional cost. Locking mechanisms are optional.

You will generally lose on average between 150mm-200mm from your existing garage door heigh when in the stored position. You can still park a full size 4wd under the screen in most cases.
